ACP is the acronym for aluminium composite panels. They are layered panels made up of a thermoplastic or non-combustible core sandwiched between two aluminium sheets.
Viva uses either an LLDPE(Virgin)core, LDPE core or Mineral core. In FR B product, the ratio of Mineral core and Organic content is maintained as 70:30 respectively.
It was long ago in 2003 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, that VIVA began its humble journey and since then has been at the forefront of ACP cladding.
VIVA operates 12 advanced production lines with a total capacity of 12 million m² per year. This large-scale capability ensures consistent supply to meet both local and international project demands.
VIVA’s state-of-the-art manufacturing plant is based in Umbergaon, Gujarat, India. Equipped with world-class Korean machinery and powered by a skilled workforce, the facility produces premium-quality ACP panels that meet global standards. This advanced setup ensures perfection in every panel, delivering trusted products to customers across the region and beyond.
VIVA panels are coated with 70% KYNAR 500® certified PVDF paint, which meets ASTM and EN international standards. This high-performance paint ensures durability, weather resistance, and lasting color. All paints used are lead-free, making them safe and environmentally friendly.
VIVA ACP panels use a 25±2 micron coating for the two-coat system and 33±2 microns for the three-coat system. On the reverse side, a service coat of 5–7 microns is applied for added protection.
It includes a Primer Coat & a Topcoat and a Clear Coat which increases the paint strength, durability and life.
VIVA ACP panels use a two-coat system of 25±2 microns and a three-coat system of 33±2 microns. The back side is protected with a service coat of 5–7 microns, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance.
RAL and Pantone are international color matching systems widely used in design and manufacturing. With over 1,200 shades in the RAL series, VIVA ACP panels can be precisely matched to any RAL or Pantone color, allowing you to meet custom design requirements with ease and consistency.
VIVA ACP panels are manufactured using high-quality aluminium alloys, including 1100, 3003, 3105, and 5005. Our product range primarily features the 3000 series, ensuring strength, durability, and superior performance for all cladding applications.
Backed by VIVA’s confidence in the durability and quality of its ACP panels, we offer a warranty ranging from 3 to 30 years, depending on the product type and application.
The warranty covers all manufacturing defects, including delamination, color uniformity changes, gloss, and color retention. Even under harsh weather conditions, the stove-lacquered surface coating will not peel, flake, blister, or crack, except for minor cracking, ensuring long-lasting performance and reliability.
For external applications, VIVA ACP panels are available in 3mm, 4mm, 6mm, and 8mm. For interior use, panels come in 1.5mm, 2mm, and 3mm thicknesses, providing flexibility for a wide range of projects.
Our standard width is 1220 mm (4ft), and standard lengths are 2440 mm (8ft), 3050 mm (10ft) and 3660 mm (12ft). Special requirements can also be accommodated by supplying widths of 1670 mm and 915 mm. The length can be provided in accordance with the project requirements.
Yes, VIVA ACP panels are considered green building materials. They are made from recycled aluminium, polymers, and minerals, and can be recycled again without compromising quality or value, making them environmentally friendly and sustainable for modern construction.
The term fire resistant refers to a material that is intended to withstand the heat of fire for a limited amount of time, for example, 2 hours or less. The purpose of fire-retardant materials is to burn slowly.
VIVA ACP panels use DuPont (USA) adhesive film to bond the core, ensuring strong adhesion and long-lasting panel integrity.
B Grade ACP panels have enhanced fire-retardant properties, making them very difficult to ignite during a fire. This ensures excellent fire safety, providing peace of mind for both residential and commercial applications.
Silicone is used to fill gaps between ACP panels. It provides excellent adhesion and UV resistance, making it ideal for durable and weather-resistant exterior applications.

Flexure strength, also called modulus of rupture or bending strength, measures a material’s ability to resist deformation or breakage under load. For ACP panels, it indicates how well the panel can withstand bending forces without cracking or failing.
The industry-standard AAMA 2605 PVDF coating is applied to VIVA ACP panels. This coating ensures superior durability, color retention, and resistance to weathering, making it ideal for long-lasting façade applications.

Thanks to their durability, aesthetic appeal, and lightweight properties, ACP panels are a preferred choice for architects, builders, and interior designers across diverse projects.
For exterior-grade ACP panels, the coil thickness ranges from 0.21 mm to 0.70 mm. For interior-grade applications such as partitions, signage, metal laminates, or bus bodies, the coil thickness ranges from 0.10 mm to 0.18 mm, ensuring optimal performance for each application.
VIVA ACP panels feature a nanotechnology-based coating that provides high gloss and excellent scratch resistance, protecting against wind, storms, cyclones, and general abrasions. While highly durable, they are not completely immune to scratches or marks, so proper handling is recommended.
LEED Rating Systems encourages the use of eco-friendly materials that come from sustainable sources and are recycled. Hence, it emphasizes optimum management of construction waste with respect to the storage, collection and reuse of recyclable materials in addition to the collection and recycling of construction waste.
Specific Gravity (SG) measures the density of a material compared to water at a specified temperature. For ACP panels, it is determined by calculating the difference in weight when the panel is immersed in water versus in air, helping assess the panel’s mass and structural performance.
