Fire-Retardant ACP Panels
Safety Meets Innovation
Among the four natural elements, fire remains the most untamable and dangerous, capable of reducing entire structures to ashes within minutes. For high-rise buildings, hospitals, airports, shopping malls, tunnels, industrial plants, and other sensitive spaces, fire safety is not an option, it is a necessity.
At Cladding.lk, we bring you next-generation Fire-Retardant ACP panels, designed with advanced core technology that ensures maximum protection. The secret lies in our halogen-free, inorganic mineral core, made with a precise blend of Magnesium Hydroxide and Aluminium TriHydroxide. This innovative design effectively breaks the fire triangle by eliminating the fuel element, preventing ignition and controlling flame spread.
Our Fire-Retardant Grades
FR Class B – 70% Mineral + 30% Polyethylene recycled core
FR Class A2 – 90% Mineral + 10% Polyethylene recycled core
Both grades deliver up to 2 hours of fire safety, certified and tested by international standards.
Global Certifications
FR Class B: Certified by Thomas Bell-Wright, NFPA 285, EN 13501, ASTM D1929 & ASTM E84
FR Class A2: Complies with EN 13501 & ASTM D1929
100% Aluminium Core for Maximum Safety
We also provide honeycomb-based aluminium core ACPs, completely free from polyethylene, making them one of the safest and most durable cladding solutions available.
With Cladding.lk’s VIVA fire-retardant ACP panels, you can build with confidence, knowing your projects are backed by world-class safety, durability, and compliance.

What is so special about VIVA’s FR Grade ACP panels?
- Safe Product
- Low Flammability
- Allows people to vacate the building safely
- Minimize the loss of property and life when a fire occurs
- Generates less smoke
- Zero burning droplets
- Delays flame spread
- No toxics Fumes
The leading cause of fire deaths is smoke (a dreadful amalgamation of CO and CO₂) in 80% of cases. VIVA’s FR-grade aluminium panel sheets with mineral core behave like active smoke suppressants, preventing vision blur and ensuring hassle-free evacuation. Since there is a negligible spread of fire and flaming droplets, there is minimal property damage.
