VIVA ACP production facilities are equipped with advanced Korean machinery, powered by the latest technology, to deliver ACP sheets of unmatched quality and precision.
At VIVA, each aluminium composite panel is crafted through a meticulous lamination process, where a durable core is securely bonded between two coil-coated aluminium sheets. Depending on application needs, the core is made of either non-combustible solid aluminium or thermoplastic polyethylene. To further enhance performance, every panel is finished with a PVDF coating that provides superior UV resistance and long-lasting protection against corrosion.
We manufacture ACP sheets in standard thicknesses of 3mm, 4mm, and 6mm (inclusive of adhesive layers). With a wide variety of shades, finishes, and textures, VIVA empowers architects and designers with limitless creative possibilities to bring their visions to life.
